Overview

Cameron GROVE side-entry ball valves are manufactured in a wide range of diameters and pressure classes. The valves are specified for transmission pipelines, pumping, compression and reinjection units, offshore platforms, onshore terminals, pig traps, measuring stations, and surge-relief skids. Split-body construction allows the use of forged materials in various grades of carbon steel, stainless steel, and high alloys, thus complying with the most severe service conditions.

  • Primary metal-to-metal seal and protected secondary O-ring seal
  • Double-piston effect (DPE) seat rings (double-sealing barrier in both directions)
  • Double block-and-bleed capability
  • Pressure-relief valve in the body cavity to prevent pressure lock
  • Sealant injection system for emergency seat sealing
  • Factory-positioned external stops
  • Integral stop in the adapter plate for a permanent reference to open and closed positions
  • Electroless nickel coating on pressure-controlling parts and stem
  • CE marking (PED Directive)
